By browsing, registering, or placing an order on this Website you accept these Terms in full. We may update them; the version published on this page at the time of purchase is the one that applies to your order. Please re-read this page periodically.

Electric skateboards and battery packs are powerful electrical products. Use of any product sold through this Website implies your full acceptance of the following safety rules:

• Always wear a helmet and protective gear while riding.
• Your board can lose power and brakes at any time (low battery, malfunction, fault). If this happens, ride at very low speed so you can stop it like a traditional skateboard.
• Always obey local road rules. Some jurisdictions restrict or forbid electric skateboards on public roads — it is your responsibility to know the law where you ride.
• The fastest speed modes are highly sensitive. Start in low mode until confident.
• Do not ride under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication that impairs reflexes.
• Do not ride in wet conditions. Boards are not waterproof; water damage voids warranty and causes loss of control.
• Maintenance is the owner's responsibility — keep screws and nuts tight, clean bearings.
• Riding on steep hills is extremely dangerous — you must be able to control speed without electric brakes in case of failure.

Riding any electric skateboard or component sold by us carries a risk of serious injury or death from loss of control, collisions, loose parts, or falls. By purchasing you acknowledge this risk and accept it.

3.1 Warranty in the EU

2 years warranty for manufacturing defects only, in compliance with EU Directive 1999/44/EC and Italian Codice del Consumo (D.Lgs. 206/2005, art. 128 ff.).

3.2 Warranty outside the EU

1 year warranty for manufacturing defects only.

3.3 What is NOT covered

• Typical use, normal wear and tear, crashes, water damage.
• Modifications and improper installation or configuration by the customer.
• Damage caused by neglect, accident, or abuse.
• Perishable items: bearings, belts, pulleys, tubes, tyres, bushings, grip tape, wheels.
• Damage caused by Bluetooth-app or VESC/Focbox settings exceeding our published safe limits (motor max above 60A or battery values above the per-configuration limits documented at purchase). Any setting outside these limits voids the warranty.

3.4 Assembly

For kits and individual parts (no deck or partial assembly), we are not liable for improper installation made by the customer. We strongly recommend professional assembly if you are not experienced with electric drivetrains.

By placing an order you make an offer to purchase subject to these Terms. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

You will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order — this is not acceptance. A contract between us is formed only when we send you a separate dispatch confirmation email. Only the goods listed in the dispatch email are part of the contract.

To purchase you must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid payment instrument acceptable to PayPal. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion (e.g., suspected fraud, high-risk shipping destination, pricing error).

We make every effort to ensure that all prices and product descriptions on the Website are accurate, but errors may occur. If we discover a pricing error after you order, we will contact you to reconfirm at the correct price or cancel the order; if cancelled and already paid, you receive a full refund.

Prices are shown in EUR (€). Delivery costs are added at checkout and clearly displayed in the order total before payment. Prices may change without prior notice; the price applicable to your order is the one displayed at the moment you complete checkout.

EU consumer prices include VAT where applicable. Customers outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes collected by the destination country — these are your responsibility.

We accept payments via PayPal (which also processes credit and debit cards). Card details are entered directly into PayPal's secure checkout and are never seen or stored by us.

When you pay, a standard authorisation check is carried out and your account is debited at authorisation. The amount paid is treated as a deposit against the value of the goods until we dispatch them and send you the dispatch confirmation, at which point the deposit becomes the purchase price.

You must not misuse this Website. You agree not to:

• commit or encourage any criminal offence;
• upload or transmit viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or any other malicious code;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or its infrastructure;
• corrupt data, harass other users or infringe third-party rights;
• send unsolicited advertising (“spam”) or scrape content for resale;
• interfere with the performance of the Website.

Breach of this clause is a criminal offence in many jurisdictions. We will report any breach to the competent authorities and disclose your identity to them.

All software, images, text, designs and other content on this Website remain the property of ESKATING (Ferrer Alberto) or its licensors and are protected by copyright laws worldwide. You may store, print and display the content solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, publish or otherwise exploit the content without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ESKATING (Ferrer Alberto) excludes all implied warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, special, consequential, punitive or incidental damages, loss of profit, data, goodwill or reputation arising out of or related to the use of this Website or any product sold through it.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (in particular, the mandatory consumer rights granted by Italian and EU law).

You may link to our homepage in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation. You must not suggest any association or endorsement that does not exist. We may withdraw linking permission at any time. We are not responsible for the content of third-party websites we link to.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ESKATING (Ferrer Alberto), its directors, employees and partners from any third-party claim, damage or cost (including legal fees) arising from your use of this Website or your breach of these Terms.

We may amend or remove any part of these Terms or any feature of the Website at any time and without notice. The version applicable to your order is the one in force at the moment you complete checkout.

If any clause of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining clauses stay in full force and effect. Where possible, the unenforceable clause will be interpreted so as to preserve its original intent within the limits of applicable law.

EU consumers may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform to submit a complaint.

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For consumer purchases, any mandatory protection granted to you by the law of your country of residence within the EU continues to apply. The competent court is the one of the consumer's place of residence within the EU; for B2B sales, exclusive jurisdiction lies with the Court of Verona, Italy.
