How long is the lead time?+
Standard packs ship in 7–10 working days. Custom builds take 14–21 working days from deposit. Bank-transfer orders only enter the build queue once payment lands (1–2 working days). We always confirm the exact dispatch date by email — and you can follow it live at /track.
What's covered by warranty?+
2 years on cells to 80% State of Health under normal use, lifetime on spot welds and busbars, 2 years on the BMS. Excluded: physical damage, water ingress beyond the pack's IP rating, over-discharge below 2.5V per cell, modifications, and commercial-fleet use. To claim, email info@eskating.eu with your order number and photos — we cover return shipping on confirmed defects.
Do you ship batteries outside the EU?+
No. Lithium batteries (UN3480 / UN3481) ship to EU customers only — no exceptions, including via the 2nd-hand marketplace. Non-battery parts (wheels, trucks, decks, enclosures, BMS, connectors) ship worldwide. EU delivery is 3–7 working days after dispatch, UK 5–7 days plus possible customs.
Can I fly with a battery?+
Under 100 Wh: carry-on, no approval needed. 100–160 Wh: written airline approval required, carry-on only, max two spares. Over 160 Wh (most full-size eskate packs): ground freight only — not allowed on passenger flights. Every pack ships with a Wh label and UN3480 documentation so you have the paperwork on hand.
Can I bring my own deck for a custom build?+
Yes — that's how most of our custom work starts. Ship us the deck or email dimensioned drawings (PDF, DXF, or photos with a ruler), tell us your target range, ESC brand and motor setup, and we'll quote within 1–2 working days. Custom builds start around €450 and integrate with all major controllers: VESC 6, Stormcore, FOCBOX, Trampa Vesc 75/300, Flipsky.
What cells do you use?+
Molicel P42A for balanced range and torque, Molicel P45B for high-torque/track builds, Samsung 50S for maximum range, Samsung 40T for high power, LG M50LT for long-range, and Samsung 30Q for legacy 18650 builds. Every pack is hand spot-welded, fish-paper and Kapton insulated, vacuum sealed, tested at full discharge, and serialized with a factory report.
How does the 2nd-hand marketplace work?+
EU/EEA buyers and sellers only, PayPal-only for buyer protection. Every listing is reviewed by our team before going live. Funds release to the seller after the buyer confirms delivery, with a 7-day dispute window. Batteries and cells are strictly not allowed — no exceptions, even between EU members.
What's your return policy?+
14-day return on unused, uninstalled parts — refunds to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the item. Custom-built packs aren't returnable (built to order) but are fully covered by warranty. Start any return by emailing info@eskating.eu with your order number.
