TERMS AND CONDITIONS, POLICIES of Eskating
PLEASE READ this information below before you begin using your board, and placing any purchase.
- ALWAYS wear a helmet and safety equipment while riding the board.
- REMEMBER that your board can lose power and brakes during your ride at any time due to low battery on the eboard or remote controller (or malfunctions). If this happens, its best to ride your board at very low speed to be safe, so you can stop it as traditional skateboard.
- ALWAYS obey and check the local road rules in your area for where you can ride.
- Riding in the fastest speed modes are very powerful and the trigger is highly sensitive, be sure to very gentle with the trigger control to avoid being thrown off the board. We suggest to use the low mode function until you get more confidence.
- DO NOT RIDE the board if you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
- DO NOT RIDE the board in wet conditions. The board may slide from under your feet causing injury.
- ALWAYS maintain your board, this is the owners responsibility. Always check all screws/nuts throughout the skateboard are tight regularly.
- ALWAYS clean your bearings for best roll and quietest/smoothest ride. Bearings get dirty and effect ride quality and may reduce battery performance and cause possible bearing failure.
WARNING MESSAGE:
- Avoid water – Riding in wet conditions is very dangerous and may cause injury. The eboards are not fully waterproof, bearings and other electrical components may be damaged due to water and water damage that is not covered by warranty.
- Abuse – Do not jump on the board, do not ride off gutters or curbs, do not smash the board into hard objects, do not drop the board on the ground for starting operation. Although the product has been made to handle rigorous riding, its still an electrical product and needs to be handled with care and respect. Our warranty does not cover any of the above.
- Whenever you ride any Eskating board or parts, you risk serious injury or even death from lose of control, collisions, loose parts and falls. To ride safely, you must read ALL instructions and safety messages and warnings in this page, also check if it’s all right before riding.
- Riding on Hills – Riding on hills can be very dangerous! So if you ride up an insanely steep hill and you intend to ride down this same hill, this is extremely dangerous and you must know how to control your speed without the use of the electric brakes if ever there was a malfunction or there was a situation where the brakes fail.

Shipping Policy
We offer various shipping methods with & without Insurance (as almost of the ecommerce, you would need to buy the Insurance apart, valid for express couriers only) with and without tracking number.
WITH INSURANCE: your order will be simply insured for the 100% of the amount of the products ordered (not for the shipment cost, that won’t be refunded).
So once an Insured order got lost, we’ll completely refund/resend the order.
WITHOUT INSURANCE: in this case we are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages (even if we carefully pack them and never had any damage claim). We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from the shipping company along with your order from us, and we cannot warranty for couriers if Insurance has not been purchased.
We are responsible for your new purchase until it reaches the Post Office. After that, it is out of our control and we recommend that you select DROP OFF SERVICE and TRACKABLE service that’s the best and reliable way. Cheap postage is almost good, it may just delay or get missed for a while.
Anyway, we are always doing all the best to get the packages safe (very strong packages for heavy and delicate products) and we always get sure that the courier or postage labels are Clear and can’t get lost/removed (we always add more tape than less).
Standard returns, warranty returns and refunds
Products returns must be paid by the customer, a return is valid within 14 days from the delivery date in case of the standard return (warranty returns are valid within the 2 year in eu, 1 worldwide)
All standard returned products must be intact and with all eventual accessories in the original or a new safe packaging. You can choose any kind of shipment method, we’ll refund as soon as the goods will get back to us, we’ll check and refund you instantly.
