Prices are fixed (not weight based) but can vary depending on the destination country

- EU & Italy: delivery in 4-6 days*
- North America: delivery in 5-10 business days*
- South America, Asia and Oceania: delivery in 7-14business days*

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
Packaging time is really fast and ready in stock and not handmade processes are required in the ordered goods we can dispatch it very fast and all this kind of orders are ready in 1 hour or so.
If your order will include some products that are not in stock you will receive whole order as soon as the backordered products will be ready (starting from the date specified in every product page). We will do our best to send electric skateboard parts to you faster than expected! You can ask for 2 shipping, it would cost the double.
NOTE: You can even ask for a double shipping (double shipping fees)
If the order include Enclosures, Antispark switches, Led kit, Complete Power Packs with enclosures, pre assembled kits & 3d printed parts it may take +2/3 business days to be processed.

How do I place an Order?
Add items to your cart and proceed to the checkout.
Fill the addresses. After selected the “State” the shipping costs will appear.
Pay with your Paypal Account or credit card.

Do I need an account to place an order?
No you don’t.
You can go to the checkout and placing orders without an account.
To create an Account go to the Account page or create it during the checkout.
To obtain the Rewards amount (1€ each 100€ spent that you can get from the 2nd order) you need an account, it’s the only way to save the rewards and have a better and faster orders experience.
How Do I Track My Order?
You will receive the tracking link by the courier and by the Eskating website.
By the Order tracking page of this website you can know if the order has been shipped or not and tracking it if you already received your tracking number.
How Can I Return a Product?

Returned products must be undamaged and in the original packaging.
